Do you feel stiff, Tense or Disconnected from your body ?
Modern life places the body under constant pressure.

Long hours sitting, stress, poor posture, tension, shallow breathing and mental overload slowly disconnected us from how we move and feel.

You may experience:
• tight shoulders and hips
• poor posture
• low energy
• stress tension
• stiffness and discomfort
• lack of body awareness
• feeling physically and mentally overwhelmed

Even if you go to the gym or stay active, your body may still feel restricted, tense, or out of balance.

Why the Stick?
People often ask...

"Why a stick?"

Because the stick isn't the exercise.

It is the guide.

It gives the body instant feedback.

Helping you organise posture, breathing, alignment, rhythm, and movement in a way that's difficult to achieve with empty hands alone.

THE GROUNDED STICK PRACTICE™
Learn the Language of Movement
The Grounded Stick Practice is the foundation of the entire Grounded Method. The stick is not the destination. It is the guide.

Using simple yet intelligent movement, the stick teaches your body how to organise itself naturally through alignment, mobility, breathing, coordination, and awareness.

The practice is explored through three movement dimensions:

• Upright
• Middle Range
• Ground

As you move through these dimensions, you'll gradually develop:

• Better posture
• Greater mobility
• Body awareness
• Coordination
• Nervous system regulation
• Efficient movement patterns

The ultimate goal is not to become dependent on the stick.

The goal is to move with the same freedom and quality using only your body.

Primary Instrument
The Stick
Why It Works
Unlike traditional stretching or mobility drills, the Grounded Stick Practice teaches movement as one connected system.

You're not simply moving your shoulders or hips.

You're learning how your entire body works together.

About Leo Diez

I've spent most of my life exploring movement., Not simply to become stronger or more athletic, but to understand how movement can change the way we feel, think, and experience life.

Over the years, I studied martial arts, strength training, movement, fascia, breathing, philosophy, and human performance.

Each discipline taught me something valuable. But I also realised something important: most systems focus on only one piece of the puzzle.

Some build strength but create tension; others improve flexibility but lack resilience., Some develop movement but ignore awareness.

Others teach calmness without preparing the body for real life; I wanted to understand what connected them all.
That search became the beginning of the Grounded Method.

Today, the Grounded Method combines movement, posture, breathing, resilient strength, fascia-informed principles, and martial movement into one progressive practice designed for modern life.

My goal has never been to create another fitness programme. My goal is to help people reconnect with their bodies, move with confidence, and develop the resilience to meet everyday challenges with greater awareness and capability.
I believe movement is more than exercise.

It is one of the most powerful ways to improve our health, regulate stress, develop confidence, and reconnect with ourselves.

Grounded is not about moving perfectly. It is about becoming more present, more resilient, more adaptable., More capable.

Because when the body moves well, life becomes easier, and when we learn to stay grounded under pressure, we discover that true strength is not just physical.

It is the ability to respond to life with clarity, confidence, and calm. That is the purpose of the Grounded Method.
And I would be honoured to guide you on that journey.
