About Leo Diez
My name is Leo Diez and I'm your coach on this incredible journey.
I'm passionate about martial arts and helping people transform their lives through my mindful exercise and conditioning approaches. I have practiced in different martial arts such as Karate, Kyokushin, K1 kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Aikido, and Penkat Silat. Im a highly experienced Kickboxing Instructor and also have 15 years of experience as a physical conditioning coach and Personal trainer. I have been fortunate to guide many people to reach their goals with life-changing results.
​​​HitPads has been created to bridge the gap. You do not have to be a fighter to join Hit Pads, and neither is it some mimic kickboxing workout that you often see in the gyms nowadays. This is real kickboxing, and a real 4 week full plan to get you moving towards your best health level.
After many years of physical training, I observed that many people in the gym struggle when using punch bags. People often reported to me feeling embarrassed and not knowing what to do on the punch bag but really wanting to have the skills to use it. Additionally, some individuals practising kickboxing are unaware of the right intensity needed to achieve the best results. So I designed HitPads to help people learn kickboxing the right way - learning the skills but also having a full plan to follow to get in to great shape and be consistent. The follow-along workouts can be adapted to all levels so now there's no need to feel embarrassed at the gym boxing bag!
